By having a special Arceus and visiting this house Ruins of Alph to trigger the event. You get to choose between three Pokemon and I chose Giratina. @pelekoudasd It has to be the Arceus obtained from Movie 12 instead of just any Arceus. The same thing happened to me, I was well disappointed
