Umm I dunno if you know this but the murkrow is just mimicing one of the rocket leaders, the door is voice activated and the murkrow copies it’s masters voice, into the door which makes it open.

doesnt make since, lances dragonite is at level 40, but doesnt evolve until lvl 55.
