Revoltech Fraulen – Shunya Yamashita #004 Pocco Action Figure (Sweet Dreams)

  • Series No.004 POCCO
  • 150mm Action Figure from “Sweet Dreams”
  • Produced and Manfactured by Kaiyodo
  • Distributed by Organic Hobby inc.
  • Highly detailed action figure measures aprox 6~7 inches

Revoltech Fraulein is described as a new phase in the Revoltech line featuring the joint/body system âE.L.F.âTM with a heavy focus on extensive poseability. The Revoltech Fraulein: #004 Shunya Yamashita’s Pocco PVC Figure is accompanied by alternate sets of hands and a silver sword. PoccoâTMs revealing, chaotic attire is mingled with sections of scalloped silver armor and is pieced together to include stylized metal-wrought angelâTMs wings; portions of the attire appear to be optional. Review by Mark Twain for Revoltech Fraulen – Shunya Yamashita #004 Pocco Action Figure (Sweet Dreams) Rating: Fun-

Pocco is well articulated, but she’s designed to be displayed; not played with. As such, most of her joints are hidden in unusual places which can make posing tough. Once I saw how all the parts are designed to work, it was easier to get her into some nice poses. Pocco’s design, sculpt, and paint are all very well done. Her face is expressionless, but very cute. Pocco comes with a sword, three sets of hands (open, closed, and gripping) and a basic, but useful stand.

Durability-

Pocco is notorious for falling apart at the joints. I must have gotten lucky because I haven’t had such problems. The only issue I’ve had is that the peg of her left wing is loose and it’s easily pulled out. Be very gentle with her to avoid any problems.

Conclusion-

Pocco is a fragile figure with a very nice design and sculpt. I can only recommend her if you like her enough to look past the high possibility of breakages.

Review by wa1210ck for Revoltech Fraulen – Shunya Yamashita #004 Pocco Action Figure (Sweet Dreams) Rating: Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t think it has anything to do with the seller, which has shipped the product to me promptly and arrived in original packaging and in pristine condition. HOWEVER, the product itself seems a little shoddy in terms of craftsmanship. I have a Revoltech VF-1S, also which I purchased elsewhere, and am using it for comparison. This Fraulein model is very finely detailed, as with all Revoltech’s products, but the fitment of the pieces do not seem to be of quality construction. The shoulders do not hold as well nor do the arms. The pieces, if not handled properly, will fall off. I do not play with my models/figures, but I do like to position them every once in a while.

All in all, I am satisfied but yet it leaves me wishing for better…this could be an isolated piece and others may be better…

Review by Shawn Green for Revoltech Fraulen – Shunya Yamashita #004 Pocco Action Figure (Sweet Dreams) Rating: Big time collector of Action Figures of all sorts. The toy is great and detailed, Although playable is not an option. Just to pose the figure you have to hold the arms in place or it pops off. I like to showcase some of my action figure. This particular one needs a velvet rope and a sign to do not touch or the arms are sure to just fall off.

Review by Sean K. Falkenbury for Revoltech Fraulen – Shunya Yamashita #004 Pocco Action Figure (Sweet Dreams) Rating: I really should expect as much from Revoltech, but the level of detail is amazing for a posable figure. It’s a little delicate, but I don’t handle my figures roughly anyway. It’s more of a posable statue than an action figure.

I think that the busy costume helps to blend the joints that are all too visible on similar figures. 9 times out of 10 I don’t even notice the joints (provided I’m viewing from the front).

The figure’s body is well balanced, so it doesn’t usually need the included stand except for the more extreme positions (action poses and the like).

All in all, I would and will recommend this to my friends who collect.

Review by Lilaithia for Revoltech Fraulen – Shunya Yamashita #004 Pocco Action Figure (Sweet Dreams) Rating: She’s very beautiful, I’ve had her on my bookshelf for a couple weeks now and I love her. The only annoyance is when you try to change her hands, sometimes the arm(s) come off instead of just the hand and it get’s annoying having to put the arm back together again.
