The title is misleading. XD The beginning of this video is the rest of Mesprit. The rest of it is Rotom. Like the lake trio, rushed editing, most likely errors in it. I need sleep people. XD As for Rotom, he’s level 20 and easy to catch, (first pokeball XD) so strategy isn’t really necessary. Regarding the event, I’m sorry but I don’t follow events but if you get that key, head to the galactic building in Eterna and in platinum, you can change your form of Rotom, I can tell you that much at least.
